shut down Pro6

everytime I start Designerpro6 I get the attached message even though I simply saved what I was doing and closed the program as normal.
Gets a bit tiresome after a while.
Any suggestions.

After you have closed DP6 and before you shut down your PC, can you check task manager to see that the process has terminated?
If it hasn't, terminate it manually.

Repeat this next time if you can because if it keeps happening it means that something is preventing DesignPro.exe from terminating correctly.

Sorted it by uninstalling and reinstalling, the very best solution, even better than switching it off and back on again.
