This is another one I created over a year ago, and actually posted a picture using it as a table cloth. I searched the archives but didn't find it so I guess the I/us stuff didn't all come over.

ANYHOW that was pre Xara X and brushes, so now I have created a brush out of it.

    Here is a close-up view.

Also I forgot to say the fill in the circle is a pattern I created in Painter

The detail is extraordinary. Imagine making that lace by hand (not by mouse).

    Hi Judi,

Your lace images remind me of when I was a lot younger and we had lace doilies and table covers. Excellent work.

Another exceptional piece of work, Judi. How come you've been hiding yourself under a bushel all this time?

Now let's see you match (nay, exceed!) Gary's chrome salt 'n pepper set - I'm so tired of that guy getting all the kudos round here - it's good to see he has some competition!

The smell of ozone coming from ones computer I discovered is not a good thing I left my computer on Wed night (9th) to do a disk scan. The next a.m. I turned on the monitor and the scan had frozen, the screen was blue with weird symbols and the smell of ozone was strong. Long story short, the cpu fan broke and ended up frying the cpu too. Fortunately it was under warranty, but the shop took a week to fix it.

Anyhow I didn't want you all to think I didn't appreciate all your nice comments on the basket lace.
