I contacted MAGIX and told them about the load errors which were happening with their free hosting server.
They finally got back to me with a canned answer which reminds you that you do indeed get what you pay for because there is 'no support offered', even if the error is their's.

2.) Additionally, please make sure to install the latest patch for your program. Often this can solve many problems.
From our website http://support.magix.net choose the download area and locate the appropriate patch or update for your program.
After installing your patch or update make sure to download the latest burn routines under the tools section also in the downloads area.
