color - where is it used?

My project has two named colors, a red and a black.
I can only see red objects/lines yet when I save/close/reopen the black does not go away.
Click to delete it, says being used.

Please...is there a quick way to find where that thing is being used????

You should be able to find and select the object(s) in the Name Gallery.

Then just apply a different color to that object and you should be able to delete the named color.

Using higher zoom I found the single bullet with the wrong color and changed it.

I know with fonts, you can click on a particular font and see where in the text it is in use. I was hoping the same thing could be done with color too. But nope. Would make it faster for locating the occasional anomaly.

Hi Samantha,

As Itfransie said, use the Name Gallery to make finding anything using the named colour. Open the Name Gallery and click on the named colour then click the Select button (upper right corner of the Name Gallery).

This will select all objects that have that colour.
