words from XX5

Good day,

I would like you to help me in this matter: I am doing invitation cards on Microsoft Publisher and i managed to copy-paste some words to XaraXtreme5 in order to apply some effects on them. After finishing the work I tried to copy-paste the result from XX5 to MPublisher, but it just past an unformatted text.
By the way is there any way XX5 can do the visit cards instead of using another program?

I think the problem is you are using cut and paste and some of the effects are not translating.

Export the effect as a bitmap and you should not have any problems.

Oops - I see you were trying to go from Xara to Publisher. Sorry about that...

I just tried copying text from Xtreme to Word 2007, and it did keep the formatting. I don't have Publisher to try, though.

Hi Pixel, I am not going to keep Publisher but as i had some work done on that software i just wanted to finish it, but I think it would be better to follow some good links that a member left here in order to do it .... I am going to try to do all that using just XaraX.

There is no reason at all that you can not do your cards entirely in Xtreme.

This issue is now resolved. I exported the image as jpg and it works fine.
