Outsider contest question

I have a question about the new contest in the latest Outsider. The contest is for websites but what I'm a little confused about is are they looking for a template or a live site that is in use?

The theme for this quarter’s contest is web page design. Your page(s) must be created in Xara Xtreme or Web Designer. Simply submit the xar or web file and a URL where we and the voters can see the page(s). In the April issue we will display a shortlist of our choice for Outsider readers to vote on. The deadline for entries is: 15th April.

I read it as requiring a URL for an online web page in addition to the .xar or .web file.

Doesn't seem that is has to be a site in use/working site, though. It could be just an URL where the pages have been uploaded to view.

Nancy it simply needs to be accessible on the internet so the judges can see how well it performs in a browser or browsers.

Is there a limit to # of entries, the invitations says page/pages but that may refer to multible page documents?

I don't see any reference to a limit to the number of entries an individual can submit.

However, I would think that quality would be more adventageous than quantity.

I wasn't sure if more than one entry could be submitted...now to get busy..the only problem I have (not being in the website business, just a hobbyist I have no 'content' to utilize).

You could probably use the "lorem ipsum" commonly utilized in graphic design and publishing for 'content'.

Remember that Xtreme and Web Designer have a built-in Lorem generator to the text tool: Ctrl+SHIFT+L will generate random paragraphs of Lorem text.
