Tip #1 on the xaraxone.com tips and tricks page.
"To fill an open path, create an object (such as a rectangle) and apply the desired fill to it. Select the open path and the filled object and join (Arrange > Join). The open path fills. Now break the shapes apart (Arrange > Break Shapes) and delete the rectangle."

Hi Robert,
Xtreme is not designed to create filled, open paths (can you tell from the above procedure?).
Obviously you may have good reasons for wanting to do it but there might be a "better way" to create the image you want using Xtreme tools in a more straightforward way.
If you describe the image (fragment) you're trying to draw forum members will probably come back with lots of great ideas about how to do it without drawing filled open paths.
