    Hi
    Can I apply code within the Head section of my web page in Xara Xtreme?

    Hi Rolif,

    This has been a very often asked question.
    The answer is yes.

    Create a placeholder object, assign the name <HEAD> to it (Utilities>>Names) and insert your code in the 'Replace with HTML code' section (Utilities >>Web Properties>>Placeholder [tab]).

    Can this be done with WD6?

    I tried, and didn't seem to work. I assume the name <HEAD> includes typing the '<' and can be lowercase <head> ?

    WD7 and the newest WD MX 8 no longer need this as there is a new Web Properties dialogue with built in head entry fields.

    WD7 and the newest WD MX 8 not longer need this as there is a new Web Properties dialogue with built in head entry fields.
    A good reason to upgrade.
