Default page display vs. uploaded page

I'm using a Web Designer template to create a site. When working with the template, the images and text show up great with no problems. After uploading the template, the webpage displays the text with extra characters and distorted lines around my images. I've adjusted the positioning of the images to eliminate the extra characters, but the images still show the border color with uneven lines. I'm not sure how to adjust it to create a clean looking page.

Make sure the text is all in whole number size fonts.
Make sure you don't have anything hidden on layers.

Thanks for the suggestions. I checked the text and it is all 12pix. I'm not sure how to find what is hidden under layers. Here is the address and I'm referring to the images at the top of the page:

    Look fine here.
Sometimes after updating and re uploading you need to clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

On a personal note, the bright red background to the top panel is not very comfortable for viewing.
I'd suggest trying something a little friendlier.

Not sure which text you are talking about. The attached is what I see and it all looks OK to me. Can you be more specific?

sledger, the red around the graphics to the top right edge has a ruffled look, no smooth like the rest of the header

you're right about the red color, it was requested by the man i'm doing this webpage for

jimhanus, i've fixed the text by resizing and moving the pictures on the page, i'm working on another page and am now having the same problem with extra characters showing up after uploading the page

i've included two attachments to show the problems

I had a similar problem in this post: http://talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=42676
where the unseen edge of a graphic crossed over a text line. Can you attach the file? Try setting the view quality slider to it's lowest setting and see if the edge of one of the graphics crosses right there.

    As John (Covoxer) says here:

Force export to PNG for those areas.
