    Default Coloring a line ...

    Hi,

    I'm searching like crazy , but can somebody explain me how I can add a color gradient to a line?

    Hoping somebody can help me ...

    Hi Joly,

    To apply a gradient fill to a line you must first convert the line to a shape.

    Arrange menu > Convert Line to Shape.

    If you are wanting to have a gradient fill for the outline of a shape you could use a 1 step Outer Contour. See attached image. Click the thumbnail to see the larger image.

    Converting to a shape did the trick. I did it once before but couldn't remember how.
