Column Breaks in Xara DTP

Hello,

I am making an 8-page document each containing 2-columns flowing throughout the document.

In Microsoft Word, there is a facility for inserting column breaks and page breaks. Is this possible within Xara Xtreme v4.

I know I could resize the individual text boxes but this method is not ideal if the contents increases or a bigger font is used.

There is no symbol or keystroke shortcut that I know of for breaking a column.
