    It is the real present for me. I frequently should do images for a rough printing... with the kraft-paper for example. Now I can do it in 6 seconds http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif You the great inventor, Dima, I wish you the big creative achievements!!!

    Screen angles

    Dmitrie's diagram I believe is the basis for the angles used in CMYK printing.

    At the wrong screen angles a Moiré pattern occurs which is distracting. So precise angles are used to reduce the occurance of Moiré patterns as shown below. The pattern created when the screens are properly rotated is called a Rosette pattern.

    If all four screens are printed in black, you will still get a Moiré pattern, but because yellow is so light the pattern is not apparent.

    Just a little CMYK trivia.

    Yes, Photoshop does have a plug in that creates a CMYK halftone pattern.

    no BLACK chanel.
