    Welcome tankol. I've honestly no idea, never even tried it, but I'm sure there must be ways.

    The obvious one would be to look at the source file of the page and search for .swf

    If it's YouTube and other flash movies you want to save - you can use the online downloader KeepVid. (google it)

    try some swf cather, and it is used to capture swf files.
