Drop down menus

When I added a drop down menu to my link it did not come out. Also when I am fixing a problem in Webstyle 4 and click save it appears to be always grayed out. Is this why I am having problem with the menus? Also the menu appears twice on my site. I need to get rid of the top menu and keep the menu under the photo. see www.sandovallandscape.com

It appears I have lost the drop down menus under the picture an the menu is still above the photo. What seems to be happening when I do a save and then publish? I don't think the save button is working because it is grayed out. What do I do?
