Can't download the template for Xara Web design

Hi All,

I need a little help, I just purchased Xara Web Design and installed it. Everything went fine until I tried to download the templates. The program says that the web page does not exist. Anyone else have that problem? I sent a request to tech support but would like to hear if anyone else has had this experience.

Please try again. If you keep having problems, check your Firewall settings.

I tried turning off my firewall momentarily to see if the download would work. It does not work. Any other suggestions?

None sorry - it works fine from here, so at least the site is up.

I assume you are trying from the program menu Help>>Download Templates ?

Yes, I am trying it from the program menu. Is there another way to download the templates?

The templates are only available to licensed copies of XWD as far as I'm aware.
There's no download link from any other source other than within the software.

Keep trying, maybe a temporary issue with your side of the pond?
