How can I create a link to download a .pdf file that I've uploaded to my server?

What I did was create a folder inside the index_htm_files folder called "forms" so they were all in one place.
Then I linked the link to http://www.mysite.com/index_htm_files/forms/nameofthepdffile.pdf[/url]

You can also place the PDF file in your root directory and then add a link such as http://www.mywebsite.com/my-pdf-document.pdf
