4XPro 3D Extrude Error?

I am getting this 3D extrude issue everytime I try to extrude text (attached).

Is there a fix for this? My version is 4.04x. I am trying to create a 3D Logo and this is holding me up! Please help!

Second - 4.0.4x ??
So fas as I am aware, 4.0.1 is the latest version update for Xtreme 4

Finally. I do recall this error appearing from time to time, I think it was resolved with the latest patch (see above)

As for version, I was refering to the cd version I just got back in May.
