    Default How to get Xara to answer support questions

    My Webstyle4 will not let me install it. I have the CD and serial number but it will not accept it. I have left support tickets and supplied all the information but Xara will not respond or fix the problem. Does anyone know any other way to get Xara to respond to support issues?

    Sadly we are unable to assist with Xara accounts and license issues.
    Talkgraphics is a users forum, you must wait for Xara to respond to your tickets.
    Due to the new release of Xtreme 5, they are probably very busy trying to answer more tickets than they have staff to handle. Be patient, they will get to you

    Thank you for your response but 3 months and numerous emails is too long to wait for any company. I will just have to try and get the charges on my credit card reversed. Thanks for your prompt response though.

    Three months?? Oh, I was looking at the date of your post..
    Yes, Xara should have contacted you by now.
    I'll try to bring their attention to this thread.
