Default flash animation is wrong size in the wrong position

    Hi,
I,m building a web site and the first page has some flash animation done with Xtreme 5. I use the place holder and browse my hard disk to grab the file. Two problems:

-The flash animation is smaller than the place holder and does not actually appear where I place it.
-The animation appears ok in all browsers but Safari, which actually shows the placeholder as a white box behind the actual animation.

Any help would be greatly appreatiated
    thanks

Just to let you know I fixed it. The white square was because I exported the whole page, not just the animation; the wrong size due to a default limit of 500 px which I managed to change.
    Thanks anyway

No, in fact it is not fixed. The white square still shows in Safari 4. All the other browsers do it fine and I don't have a clue why this is. This is the link, in case anyone ones to have a look at it:

    Please, any help welcome

I assume you've fixed it because it looks fine in Safari 4 here

Thanks for replaying. No it is not fixed. Not sure what you see. On Safari 4 on Windows I see a white square as background of the flash animation. It does not look terrible but there should be a transparency there. Compare it with any other browser. Now, If you are really seeing it fine, I might have to asume that my Safary installation is faulty? Please have a look again.

    Thanks

    Hi Camaron,

This is what I see with Safari 4.
Which is the same as IE8/FF/Chrome and Opera 10 Beta

Thanks Slender for your prompt reply. That is what you should see indeed, but for some reason what I see is this (see attachment). I guess I shouldn't worry much though, I looks like I bumped into some bug in Safary.

If that were so, then I would expect to see the same as you - so the bug may not be in Safari 4 after all.

Which version do you have installed?
    I have 4.0 (513.17)

The same version here. I'm working with both Web Designer and Xtreme 5.1 if that is any help. This is very weird, where do you think the problem might be?

Clearly ( ) the opacity filter is not working in your safari installation.

    Remove, reboot, re install?
