Lost software

Hi
wondering if anyone can help me. i've emailed xara a couple of times over the last week or so about the loss of my xara web designer software due to a laptop crash. apparently hard drive has gone and repair costs mean its not cost effective.

i've not had a reply so i was wondering if any of the guys on here knew if there was a possiblity of getting replacement software?

Did you already submit a support ticket here and indicate that you have an urgent request?

Just download Web Designer from here, then sign in to your account (Xara Service centre) and retrieve your license key.

Please forgive me for not searching the forums prior to posting...! BUT I'm in a hurry and need a quick answer to this:
Can I use my Web Designer license to install an additional (full) copy on my office computer? I have already installed it on my home PC. That's all for now!

Hi Freddy,

Welcome to Talkgraphics.

You can install the software on 3 systems as long as you are the use of the systems and only one is in use at any time.
