Version 5.1 Launched

We’ve just launched version 5 of Xara Xtreme and Xara Xtreme Pro! All of the web features of Web Designer, launched earlier this year, are now included in both Xtreme products and there are many other new features too, including content-aware photo scaling, anchored text objects and a new Object Gallery to replace the old Layer Gallery. Woot, lots of new features that I've wanted for a while.

I wish you guys would release these new versions on a North American schedule so that I could try them out without having to wait for my work day to end.

It is obvious that a lot of hard work has gone into making this update to Xtreme.

Thanks to all the Xara development team for an excellent job.

I upgraded to Extreme 4 less than a week ago! Do I get a free upgrade to 5? You probably have not had time to send me the CD yet. BTW, I have a lot of problems with the text tool in the e-version of Extreme 4.

sledger ...I know.. it's not that I haven't read that... it's just I can't see the changes and I can't believe it's "5"... I'd like to see more of them.
