    Default XX5 to XX4 problem

I can open XX5 files in my XX4 - have both on same HD - but I sent one to a person that has only XX4 they get an error message about not having the correct filters and the file will not open.

Hopefully there is a fix of this?

Don't know why Jeb, it should open but with a warning that the file was created in a later version. However, if you can open it in XX4, save it from there and send him the XX4 file

Yeah - that is what I did - and am now just using XX4 again instead of 5.

Guess I really didn't need XX5 as I had both XX4 and XWD.

We have had a couple of other problems between us as well - a logo she made up looks perfect on her computer but shows part of it out of place when she emails me the file.

Possible she has had her XX4 corrupted as I don't have the problems.

Tks for the reply - jb
