Default Scaling objects but fixing line width???

    Hi,

It's possible I'm just missing how to do this.

Is there any way in Xara to scale an object but fix the line width so that it does not change as the object is resized? The default behaviour is that if you half the size of an object the line width is also halved - I don't want this to happen.

My current project needs lots of identically shaped, but different size objects with the same line thickness to touch. When the line thickness changes it throws off the positioning - gaps in some places, overlaps in others which takes forever to fix. A constant line thickness would make this SO much simpler.

    Many thanks,

    Mike.

Argh! It's been there LITERALLY in front of me all these years!

    Thanks, I appreciate the reply.

Welcome to the Xtreme Gallery Mike. Xara has a lot of subtle things like the scale lines that get overlooked by most of us until someone reminds us or points these features out.
