Help Please - Spin and make logo 3D

I've downloaded the Xara program as a trial and can't work this out. Can anyone help? I'd really appreciate it.

Can't get the shape right and when i export it the background stays on too

If you wish to create examples to show the OP, please add a water mark or just provide a screenshot.

I realise that what you have created may not be exactly what mrbmufc is wanting, but it may just be enough that he doesn't need to bother try himself.
There is still time for you to remove your attachments.

It was a 5 min work , and its not perfect.
But i wil do with watermark.

Perhaps you'd be able to briefly explain to mrbmufc how you went about it?

I traced the image logo in xara extreme , then copy past in x3d , then adjust the texture.
