Menumaker and Dreamweaver; Java error

I just loaded Menu Maker 1.1. When saving a NavBar in Dreamweaver CS4, I get the following error (from Dreamweaver):

While executing inspectSelection in XMMDwExPiLocked.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this issue?

Maybe the error you are getting is similar to the one in the Xara Support article http://support.xara.com/index.php?_m...&nav=0,454,461

please assist, am having exactly the same problem i.e:

it seems ok, i then upload/ftp my page and when viewed online the menu is completely gone/not there, am assuming it has something to do with the error above?

also i have now tried menu maker on both CS3 and CS4
please assist - urgent :-(

I have had to same error for 12 months or more on dw8 and cs3 and cs4. I have to click the error 3 times to make it dissappear.
I contacted support and it took 2 months to get a reply!!!
Then they said it is not supported in cs4, well it did the same in dw8.
The menu still works and shows, but anytime I mouse over the menu in DW its the same annoying error.
I have reinstalled mm and dw many many times (because previously the error was the menus not showing up in DW-that took many months to rectify, with tools, clean up utils, regedit etc.
Xara have the worst support of any program I have ever used.

Now I am trying to find out if (why I'm here) if the web designer you can import a template or html file...anyone know?

I would DEARLY love a solution to the javascript error as its driving me insane.

I've stopped using menu maker for my websites. TOOO many problems.
Id like to fix the ones I have though.

The same javascript error when inserting a xara menu into dreamweaver CS3!

Anyone found a solution yet? I would be very greatfull to know how to fix the problem! Please help......

this is the code in dreamweaver, perhaps someone can figure out what's wrong....

Ps: i tried to delete the cache etc...nothing helps!
