There are a couple of other things that I think you should consider adding to the little reg. program.

I wrote Charles and he wrote back (what a nice guy) and said that the 'blobs' are now changable in the registry.

The blobs are the little black squares that surround the objects when selected and these are now editable through the registry:

....there are registry entries that allow you to alter the handle size. <span class="ev_code_RED">Xara x1\Options\Select Blob sizes</span>. I set mine to this:

<span class="ev_code_BLUE">Multi Stage Selected Blobs</span> are now set to 5
<span class="ev_code_BLUE">Multi Stage UnSelected Blobs</span> are now set to 3
<span class="ev_code_BLUE">Selected Blobs</span> are now set to 5
<span class="ev_code_BLUE">UnSelected Blobs</span> are now set to 3


I guess you could create this option by having either a type box with up and down arrows to move the numbers up and down. Make a notation of the default numbers for reference.

Also one other thing you might want to play with that Charles told me about: Under <span class="ev_code_RED">Xara X1\options\dragging</span>

* SolidDragging (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">TRUE</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">Switch controlling whether you get solid dragging or not when you start up. Does the same as Tab key during a drag</span>
* IdleDragDelay (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">250</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">delay before original outlines appear</span>
* IdleDragDelay2 (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">1000</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">delay before dragged outlines appear</span>
* SolidDragTimeLimit (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">333</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">maximum time a solid-drag render can take, fall back to outline if exceeded</span>
* OriginOutlineShowAlways (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">FALSE</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">When True show original outlines all the time during solid dragging (with less EOR flicker)</span>
* OriginOutlineShowNonOverlapped (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">TRUE</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">When True show original outlines as soon as bounds don't overlap (don't wait for IdleDragDelay)</span>
* OutlineShowBounds (Default=<span class="ev_code_RED">TRUE</span>) - <span class="ev_code_BLUE">When True show the bounding rectangle outline during dragging</span>
