Easter is just another name for Ashteroth "The Queen of Heaven." Easter was not considered a Christian festival until 325AD. The English word 'Easter' is derived from the names "Eostre" - "Eastre" - "Astarte" or Ashteroth. The supreme goddess Astarte was introduced into the British Isles by the Druids and is another name for Beltis or Ishtar of the biblical Chaldeans and Babylonians.
So, with that in mind, I'd like to wish everybody a marvellously tranquil, peaceful and restful spring festival of the Queen of Heaven. I frankly cannot think of anything nicer than to venerate such a delightful lady. And my commiserations to all of the poor chocolate chickens who have been working overtime these past few weeks. Oh, and not forgetting all those earless chocolate bunnies...
