Hi Gav,

Most of the problems in your corrupted files are related to LiveEffects applied to shadowed objects. Often the contents of the shadow or the entire shadowed object have gone missing.

So we'd really like to know how you created those files. Specifically, what is your normal order of doing things when you apply live effects to shadowed objects? (Do you use paste attributes to copy live effects onto objects?)

If you could give us a document and a description of how to get into the corrupted state that would be ideal but any clues you can give us would be great.
