Hi, is it possible to add a tickbox "Save Uncompressed PNG (saves PNG faster but increases filesize)"?

What would be the advantage in using uncompressed png files? Larger files would not be advantageous on a web site.

Testing the NativeFastPNG registry key indicates that it is not used.

Exporting png files with the value set to 0 compared with files exported with the value set to 1 are the same size. Hex dumps of the files also indicate they are byte for byte identical.

XaReg only enables easy editing of registry keys that control features created by the Xara developers. XaReg does not add any functionality that does not exist in the registry keys within Xara's applications.

Soquili, the reason for this request is it saves .xar files faster, see the thread below. I see myself using it alot lately and it would be nice to control it via XaReg.

Ah the .xar file and not the .png files are saved differently. No wonder my tests indicated the .png files never changed size.

I will add your request to the TO DO List. However I'm not sure when I will make an update to XaReg. Money making jobs take priority.
