Ah, thank you Bill. That colour line pop-up menu in XWD was doing my head in.

Could you possibly explain the ftp trace feature (the one that requires an additional download) a little bit more please?

Hi Egg,

The FTP Trace basically enters verbose mode or debug mode.

DebugView can capture the information and you can save it as a file. If you are having problems with FTP using FTP Trace and DebugView can allow a tech to see what transpired and get a better idea of what is going wrong.

Normally the FTP Options would not be used, but if having problems support could ask for you to change the setting of one or more of the options. They could also ask for you to use FTP Trace along with DebugView and then send the the captured file of the extra information.

Hi,

it seems it does not work on my machine

Just after start I got the following error message (Err_1)
- If I click on continue, I have this odd screen (half window not resizable, Err_2).
- If I click on EXIT then the Logo window stays forever (Err_3 , and then Task manager -> EndTask to kill)

May be due to the Large Font setting on Desktop? (see Set-3 image)

Any idea ?
