    Default Where Are They Now?

It's funny how fashions and fads come and go. At one time the cubes were everywhere, like a rash. Perhaps other members would like to post examples of bygone crazes?
Hula Hoops, Spacehoppers, Trolls and Smurfs. There must be plenty more you can all think of.
At least the Xara version of the cube can be solved by changing the colours of the squares!
    Saludos,
    Bob.

ps moderators, I didn't feel that this was a challenge, but if you think otherwise, please move to the appropriate place.

You obviously have way too much time on your hands Bob
    Looks very good.

Possibly a good idea for a challenge, though also good here if submissions are posted which also include mention of tools and techniques which helps everyone expand their knowledge of Xara Xtreme - otherwise it's just another Xara Gallery thread.

I remember those. For me at least they were impossible to solve.

Great illustration Bob. Looks exactly like the last one I owned.

For me the secret was to pull the pieces apart then snap them back in according to colour.

Funny, my 12 year old told me on Monday that he wanted to buy a Rubik's Cube. Can't find one quickly but a number of stores say they have some on order.

    BTW - Great drawing Bob.

Very nicely realised. One small comment, there aren't colours on the "inside" faces - the green and blue bits that are just visible in your image.
