Color Editor question

My color editor shows values as a percentage (46.2%/27.3%/100%). Some of the tutorials I've seen show whole numbers for the values (154/203/255). Even the 'help' button within the color editor shows and lists the parts of the color editor and show whole numbers for values. I don't care for percentages, as I've never worked that way. Is there a way to change it from percentage to whole numbers?

That is one of the more common questions so don't feel bad. I hear it all the time when people are doing the tutorials.

Thanks both. I know I've seen mine as whole numbers before so I must have changed it after a tutorial lesson and didn't realize what it did. Thanks!
