Happy New Year, Frances, as Bill said, great fireworks. They are my favourite kind - silent. The Spanish go for the other sort in a big way, any excuse and "bang". The noise turns our Golden Retriever into a quivering jelly. I know, a gun dog - she has obviously not read the job description.
