cut the bmp along the boundaries

hi guys,

i have a bmp file which is superimposed by a dwg file which gives the boundary. i need to cut the bmp with refernce to dwg file which deletes the contents outside the dwg file & retains the contents inside it. can anybody tell me how to do it? thank you.

Select all and try the INTERSECT tool.
