I have been shooting macros of berries. The brush verion is a lot smaller.

Leaves the easy way.

The leaf was made into a brush and applied to an ellipse. The line was converted to a shape, and ungrouped. This gives a set of images arranged in the shape of an ellipse with the end lead in front. I made a copy of that leaf and sent it to the back. Then drew a slicing shape over the leaf in front. Sliced the leaf, and removed a piece so that all the leaves appear tucked under each other.
