Which One Is Better : Laptop or Desktop

I just want to understand in today's world which one is more batter Laptop Or Personal Computer

If you don't need portability, I'd go for the desktop version every time. They are much friendlier to upgrade and typically have better performance for the cost.

If you need portability then you are stuck with the laptop

I have seen gamers lug desktop systems to lan parties all the time. If you want to game, buy a desktop. Easier and cheaper to modify.

If you want to pay too much for something you can loose in a restraunt or airport then get a laptop. But buy a mouse... Those finger pad things are just a royal pain to use.

since the question is somewhat akin to asking which is best a roadster or a jcb I'd tend to agree

and that's leaving aside the fact that a laptop is a 'personal computer'....

This is obvious. It would require more batter for a PC because of it's physical size.

I should add that deep frying electrical items may cause them permanent damage. On the plus side it would clearly make them more palatable.

I have yet to find a laptop with a 23" screen...and if I ever do, I doubt it will be very portable.
