    Val, that one is beautiful too...

    In the past, when I've done pen&ink sketches like this, I would sometimes go back later and do a very light, quick water-color (just rough-brushed, not trying to stay in lines or fill the entire picture) it gives a lot of expression to them.
    Just thought I'd mention the idea... might be easier these days using Xara with a large brush, just a few back n fourth strokes and heavy transparency.
