I have my templates set up to display guides and rulers at all times. Does this have some thing to do with it??

Where in the registry is the color for guides hidden??

I think it's important to have an option to change all 4 entries if the user so desires. I notice the blobs on one larger and then I want the others larger. So, IMHO, I think it might be worth considering to add these other options into your dynamic program Dmitry! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Regarding the size of the Selected Blobs...
My opinion would be to have one control where you choose the size and have all the others update accordingly. e.g.:
Selected Blobs = x
UnSelected Blobs = x - 1
Multi Stage Selected Blobs = x
Multi Stage UnSelected Blobs = x - 1

OK, so that doesn't give you fine control... so maybe a check box in your UI: All selected blob sizes follow the size of the "Selected Blobs". When checked, the other numeric entry fields are greyed out...

Just my thoughts on the subject.
