No video tutorials

Hello,
trying to use the training-videos, I always get the message:

http://www.osnoxe.de/videoproblem.gif

This says: "the path to Xara Xtreme Pro cannot be found".

I use the standard installation, the videos are installed.
What can I do to solve the problem?

Welcome Holger. I was waiting for someone with a greater insight into this problem to answer but it looks like no ones around.

First off can you confirm that you have the folder Camtasia in Program Files/ Xara/Xara Xtreme 4? And in the Help & Support /ENG you have the avi files?

(Not sure if ENG stands for English, if so the avi's may be in a differently named folder)

The first thing you need to do is make sure they are downloaded if you are using the demo... Under the drive/location you saved them in...
E:\Program Files\Xara\Xara Xtreme Pro 4\HelpAndSupport\ENG
this where mine are stored. see screenshot.

If the folder is empty, then click on the help/update menu options and download the files.
