A bitmap transparency run through Gel. I use PS7 as the XXP editor, and Gel work using PS.

I tried KTP Shapshifter from XXP and E3. Didn't appear to work. Shapeshifter can use the E3 opaque environments. I tried the transparent maps once, and had a major system problem. Never again.

pretty neat and painterly Rich. Nice job on the experiments. I would say they where a success in achieving the artistic from the photographic.

You know which one I would prefer, so I don't have to mention it.

I tried bumping in XXP, and it worked with the BMT image to give a similar effect.

I have not played with the bump map for quite a while now. Pretty neat results.

Very nice one there Rich... Brings out the subject perfectly. Doesn't look like it has been tweaked at all. I wonder if it would look that nice printed. I have found that is the real test of any tweaked photo anyway. It can look great on screen and like poo on paper.
