I'll rephrase part of my question, Chris, what edges of what object do you need to make an oval. Is it the maroon shape behind the technology text?
If it is that shape, it looks like it has a bevel applied either with the bevel tool or the 3D extrusion tool. This bevel can be altered to rounded, chiselled or one of many other options. You'll have to experiment with them to get the effect you want. If it is the actual shape of the maroon object you want to alter, you may have to redraw it with the ellipse tool.
    Saludos,
    Bob.

Well done Chris, it does look good on the website (well, I would say that, wouldn't I ), I hope it encourages you to do more work with Xara.

It looks quite good, but you seem to have lost some definition in the text

The “loss of definition” is due to the image being included on the page at the wrong size — it's a 772x98px image being displayed at 780x100px.

    Well spotted Bob.

Chris, you should change the display size to match the graphic size. It will look a lot better.
