MSXML4 not installed

Coreldraw X3 gives the following message when trying to run (just as splash screen loads) “Unable to create a DOM document, class not registered, verify that MSXML4 is installed” can you please help. I think this happened just after I updated IE to version 7.

I have solved the problem by downloading and installing MSXML4.msi from microsoft.
The cause of the problem was when I removed norton sysemworks and norton antivirus 2006.

Actually I've got the same problem after removing Norton Internet Security 2008 - NIS 2008
