    I don't know if it's just me, but when I try the de-fanning tip, it only works when I use reverse path on the second line I drew.

    I Drew a vertical first, then a horizontal. If I use reverse path on the vertical line, nothing changes. When I use it on the horizontal line, it works like a charm.

    Until Bill's explanation, I never even knew what that icon did.

    Sledger has started something here, the trouble is the options are endless.
    How long is a bit of string?
    I started with a cross and progressively worked on it to get the end shape.
