Brush doesn't work in 4.0 Pro

I while ago, I downloaded Ivan Louette's Yorkshire brush (see http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=4603).

This worked fine in 3.2, but not in 4.0, as you can see in the attached pic.

Furthermore, I got "Access violation exception at offset 0x000A2BB9" followed by the dreaded "An extremely serious error" message.

To reproduce this error:
- Open yorkshir.xar in 3.2
- Select the object and press ctrl-C
- Paste the object in 4.0 (As XaraX document)
- Select the object and press ctrl-C, and there's your error

Used programs:
Xara Xtreme 3.2.3.2317 CD
Xara Xtreme Pro 4.0.4966 CD

I hope errors like this (both the incorrect rendering and the error message) can be resolved.

Yes same exact same appearance and AV here.

quick looks seems to indicate that [some of] the bitmap transparency effects used in some of the graphics that make up the brush no longer work in 4

there only appear to be two off them - they can be removed, but the brush is not then the same

maybe could be remade - no time to test that out now though...
