    Default inverting circular transparency

    OK i know i'm gonna get hammered for this.....
    but here goes any hows.

    How do i invert the basic circular transparency, so that the colour is on the outside and the transpancy fades to the outside...

    Xtreame 4 and it's working so well iv'e decided to unload corel!

    I think joscari has the answer to what ogden-quin was wanting, which is basically a reversal of the transparency direction.

    Attached is a clearer view of this and an additional pointer to use the profile tool to adjust the graduation of the effect.

    I just asked a similar question in this thread http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...t=33172&page=2 in post # 11 and was kindly answered in posts #12 and #13 with my attempt in post #14.

    This may be helpful because it gives another view of this technique and a word by word explanation as well.

    Many thanx for the prompt answers guys....I would have answered faster but service pack 1 for vista has just instaled itself on my machine and hacked every thing about...thank heavens for Linux!
