bug - page options

hi
my page has pixel units with nudge size 1pix
after changing units to meters i got message nudge cannot be 0
that's fine but after that page option window started to be freaky
it doesn't change its content while clicking on tabs

it can get back on track when clicking again on units tab
but until that it doesn't work well

my version is x4.0.4966 DL

Yes this has been a 'thing' in earlier versions too. Simply change the nudge size from 0 to 5mm or something.
