Thumbnail View in Folder...

Hi,
I just upgraded from Xtreme 3.2 to Pro 4. With 3.2 when I had my folder view set to thumbnails, I could see the xar files as thumbnails.
Now with Pro 4, even though I have the folder set to thumbnail view, all I get are icons.
Seems to me like I remember installing a little program years ago that allowed the thumbnails to show....
Does anybody remember that? I'd really like to be able to see the thumbs in the folders.

Thanks so much, this is exactly what I was looking for, I really appreciate it.
I tried to search the threads, but I'm currently living in Athens, Greece, and my internet here is so terribly slow the search page just wouldn't load for me and I gave up....it was much, much faster to just post a new question.
