Perspective text

Hi

the attached xar file has a clear text layer that I want to be on the front of the building in perspective ie small top large.

Apart from sizing each letter individually is there a way to do it by converting to an editable shape and warping it?

I tried doing this and using the shape editor but failed

simply use the perspective mould tool as in my example attached
