Just to make it clear: I really don't need a manual, I would not read it anyway.

That said, the information on Xara's Homepage is still misleading and should be changed in their own interest!
And I totally agree with jon spains request!

In re-reading the text it said that previous "Pro upgraders" would not receive the printed manual. Since I am a standard user upgrading to the Pro version i assume that I would receive the printed manual. Does this not sound correct?

Part of what makes the Pro version the Pro version is the Manual, as far as I know. The only reason I have one now is because I upgraded to the original Pro version when it came out.

So it would make sense that if you are upgrading from the old Pro version to the new Pro version you wouldn't get a manual (cause it hasn't changed), but if you're a new upgrade you would get it.

Worded kind of ambiguously, though...

Just got my CDs here in NJ, USA - all in great condition - second CD contains full manual in pdf format.
Install went flawlessly over download version.

Found it today in my mailbox, and in good condition.
Install went fine too allthough my e-version also still remained?

That's what I thought. I figured that if they weren't going to give the manual to upgraders then they would have just said so but saying Pro upgraders I figured that us standard upgraders would benefit from obtaining the manual. Thanks...

Just found mine by my door when I got home from work. The two cds look in great shape, but I won't install them until Monday, after this wonderful stretch of 12 hour days of work is over. (Maybe tomw night if I'm ambitious enough.)

Mine arrived on the left coast (Mexifornia ) yesterday, Friday. I installed it without incident. The second CD contains the manual as PDF.
