Received my CDs today in Austria, they are making their way through Europe it seems.

I also was under the impression that I would receive a printed manual.
AFTER I select upgrade from 3.2PRO it says IN BOLD LETTERS :"450 page printed manual."

and below it says that it would not.

This is very misleading to say the least, if I would not know Xara was a trustworthy company, my word for it would be much harsher than just "misleading".

I suggest to quickly change that on the Xara-Homepage ...

Does not seem to accept my password and let me register the product - then when I ask for a password reset that screen does not work!

Do I need to register again?

I can login using the password to the xara site, just not the product reg page.

Yes, you were given the registration code when you paid for it, along with an activation code for the download version.

I had the same, it let me register again with the old email address, I decided that it was due to it being a .de site rather than the old .com site, seems to have accepted the new registration now anyway

Remember guys...

There is a different activation code for the CD than for the Download. both should be in your Settings on the xaraclub download page. The last CD I got (3.2) had the Activation number as a sticker on the CD case also...

unless you have lost the case already...

Couldn't tell you if it has a sticker on the 4.0 case... I don't have mine yet.
